Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2010, seit kurzem von MS in Outlook Web Apps umbenannt, bietet eine Reihe von Features, die gerade für solche Unternehmen sinnvoll sind, die ältere Outlook-Clients verwenden oder viele bestehende OWA Nutzer im Vertrieb oder in Aussenstellen haben. Hier lohnt sich das Server-Upgrade nach Exchange 2010 ohne gleich die Clients migrieren zu müssen.
Im Blog werde ich aufzeigen, was so alles "im Tank" steckt und wie OWA zur Entlastung des Help-Desks / der IT beitragen kann.
